TOZO has been in the audio industry for many years now. They are well known for their excellent sound quality, durability, and affordable prices. The T6 earphones are no exception to these qualities.
The company is offering a line of high-fidelity earbuds with premium features and an unmatched price tag: the TOZO T6.
These headphones provide all the benefits you would expect from a product at this level without any compromises in build or performance.
Find out more about them below.
Style, Build, and Design
The build quality of TOZO T6 headphones is superb. They’re made of solid plastic and have a sturdy feel. They should resist a few drops or bumps without being severely damaged as both the earbuds and the case have an IPX8 water-resistant rating.
The charging case has an excellent feel to it, and the magnets that keep the lid tight are strong, with a satisfying click every time you close it. The magnets that hold the earphones in the little container in place are also fantastic, and no amount of shaking or rattling will displace them.
The case features four LED lights on the front that display the current battery/charge status, a flap on the bottom covering the Micro-USB charging connection (making the entire device waterproof for 30 minutes), and the matte plastic surface notably hides unsightly fingerprints.
The TOZO T6 earphones are available in six different colors: black, blue, green, white, champagne, and rose gold.. Each of these options is sleek and stylish while being subtle enough to match various outfits.
Finally, TOZO T6 carrying case is a carbon copy of Apple’s Airpods. For us, this is not a good look. However, it doesn’t in any way undermine the quality that TOZO T6 true wireless embodies.
TOZO T6 Sound Quality
It’s evident from the specifications that they’ve included some great features to keep the sound quality respectable.
The T6 uses Bluetooth 5.0 and supports HSP, HFP, A2DP, and AVRCP sound profiles. These are some of the most recent wireless audio transmission standards, which play a critical role in overall clarity and performance.
It is worth noting that the TOZO T6 sound excels in terms of clarity and sharpness, but the bass is a little lacking. The mids and highs are pleasant, but the T6 falls short in the lows and bass department.
The bass isn’t nearly as deep and booming as we’d want, but the vocals and crispness sound right in most instances.
This result is not surprising anyways because earbuds generally have limitations mainly because of their small size. You’d have better deep and rich bass experience with over-the-ear headphones than wireless earbuds.
Overall, TOZO T6 True Wireless earbuds have an impressive natural sound quality, barring the bass, which could be better. And at its price point, we think these earbuds are not bad at all.
TOZO T6 Comfort and Fit
The TOZO T6 earphones are incredibly comfortable to wear thanks to their ergonomic design and lightweight.
They come with three different sizes of ear tips to ensure a proper fit in your ears. The silicon material used for the ear tips is very soft, and they are slightly angled for comfort.
The T6 also has an IPX rating of 8 which means that you can clean it easily or take them with you during activities without worrying about sweat damage or dust getting into the internal circuitry.
The lightweight and ergonomic design enable you to wear these earbuds for hours without experiencing any fatigue or discomfort in the ears. The ear tips do an excellent job at sealing your ears from outside noise.
Thanks to the touch control sensors, the TOZO T6 earbuds can essentially minimize the pressure to your ears when you touch the panel for various functions. You won’t have to push them painfully into your ear when you press the buttons, as is the case with Tozo T10.
Charging Case and Battery Life
The battery life is fantastic. The earbuds will last roughly six hours, and the charging case will last another 30 hours, giving you a total of 36 hours of use.
In reality, you may get a number slightly lower than this as companies are known to stretch the facts a bit. TOZO is no exception.
Be that as it may, 4-5 hours of listening time is not bad at all. Besides, you have the charging case to top off the battery on the go.
The TOZO T6 has a solid casing. It feels slightly higher quality than the TOZO T10 Truly Wireless case and is significantly smaller, mimicking the Apple AirPods 2 Truly Wireless case.
You can use the provided Micro-USB to USB-A connection to charge them or place them on any Qi-enabled wireless charging station, which is a good feature.
Four lights on the casing itself indicate how much battery power is remaining, and the case is rated IPX8 for water protection.
TOZO T6 Controls
The T6 are touch-based earphones, which means that you need to tap the right or left side control the earbuds.
You can press the left side to play or pause music; the same applies to the right earbud.
In addition, you can double-tap on either earbud to skip tracks or press down the left or right buds to turn the volume up or down.
You can also access Google Assistant or Siri by doubling tapping on either earbud three times.
The touch controls are relatively simple and easy to use, but they do have their limitations. Their touch buttons don’t provide as much feedback as clicky physical buttons, but you do get audio prompts or beeps to let you know when your inputs have been registered, which is handy.
Waterproof Feature
The TOZO T6 has an IPX8 rating, so you don’t have to worry about water damaging them. This feature makes it the perfect fit for workout enthusiasts.
The IPX8 rating guarantees the safety of your earbuds not more than 1 meter deep in water and for about 30 minutes. So, if you’re going swimming for a couple of hours, it won’t be a good idea to have them on for the entire duration.
Yes, both the earbuds and charging case are waterproof.
Should You Buy TOZO T6?
The TOZO T6 is an excellent pair of earbuds for the price. They deliver astounding sound quality and have a good battery life, all at a fraction of the cost of other earbuds.
What’s more, they are IPX-rated for water and dust resistance which means you don’t have to worry about sweat damaging them or if it gets exposed to any dirt while working out.
The touch controls take some getting used to, but they are very convenient once you get familiar with them.
If you’re looking for wireless earbuds with great sound quality and sweat resistance at a low price, these TOZO T6 earbuds are an excellent choice for you.
